 He Lives ! Christ Jesus Lives Today ! Alleluia! Alleluia! Amen Easter PrayersGod, give us eyes to see
the beauty of the Spring, And to behold Your majestyin every living thing - And may we see in lacy leave sand every budding flower.The Hand that rules the universe with gentleness and power - And may this Easter grandeur that Spring lavishly imparts Awaken faded flowers of faith
lying dormant in our hearts, And give us ears to hear, dear God, the Springtime song of birds With messages more meaningful than man's often empty words
Telling harried human beings who are lost in dark despair - 'Be like us and do not worry for God has you in His care' Amen
Glory and praise to You, Risen Savior, for You bring light to our darkness, joy to our sorrow, and the fullness of love to our reluctant hearts. Once and for all You have conquered sin and evil. In the glory of Your Resurrection we have been set free from all that keeps us from following You. On this Easter Day, fill our hearts with Your Light and Grace that we might joyfully echo the words of Your Holy Angels: He is not here in the tomb: He is risen! Alleluia! Alleluia!
Amen

Father, let this suffering pass from me;
yet not my will but yours be done.
May you be blessed forever.
Jesus, Son of God, have mercy on me.
With you I am nailed to the cross.
Let my pains be mingled with yours
for the saving of the world.
Holy Spirit, comforter and consoler,
heal what is ill in me,
strengthen what is weak,
sweeten what is sour or cranky.
Save me from depression and self-pity;
renew my courage;
bring me to pray with Jesus on the cross:
Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.
Amen.
Faith of a Mustard Seed
Faith is a powerful force. By our faith we allow the set apart Spirit to reside in us, teach us, and guide us. Without faith the Spirit cannot reside in us, we would be as the people of this world, instead of people of the spiritual world
Parable of a Mustard Seed
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof. Matthew 13 31-32
Faith of a Mustard Seed
Matthew 17:20
If you have faith as small as a mustard seed... Nothing will be impossible for you "What does the Christian fish symbol mean (ixthus / icthus)?"

Answer: The Greek word for fish is "ixthus" or "icthus." or "ichthus"The Christian fish symbol that many Christians place on their car is known as the “ixthus.” Five Greek letters form the word “ixthus,” and those letters inside the fish form an acrostic which is a message that Christians clearly identified with. The first letter represented the word Jesus. The second letter represented the word Christ, the next two, God Son, and the final letter represented the word Savior. This adds up to “Jesus Christ is God’s Son, the Savior.” During early Christianity, Christians were often put to death for practicing their faith, so they worshiped in secret places. A fish painted on the outside door of a house let other Christians know that they would be safe and welcome inside. The Christian fish symbol is now often used to identify Christians and/or Christian businesses. recovery, addiction,12 step program, sobriety, alcoholic anonymous gifts
The Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
